Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns Period

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
• After 30 days, we are unable to process return requests.
• Contact us as soon as you notice any issue with your order.

2. What Can Be Returned

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product or wrong size.
• The chew is completely unused and in its original sealed packaging.

3. What Cannot Be Returned

• Chews that have been opened, chewed, or partially consumed.
• Items no longer in their original packaging.
• Orders outside the 30-day return window.

4. How to Request a Return

• 2Include your order number from your confirmation email.
• 3Write a short description of the issue.
• 4Attach photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds go back to your original payment method once approved.
• Allow 5–7 business days from approval for funds to appear in your account.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

6. Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable in most cases.
• If we sent an incorrect or damaged item — we cover return postage and refund your original shipping fee too.

7. Exchanges

• We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
• Return your unopened chew for a refund, then place a new order for the correct size.
